Kitty fetches

Here's a Tulip entertaining herself this morning. Kitty fetches (when she darn well feels like it)!

Sit video

As I mentioned before, I'm teaching Tulip kitty how to sit on command. Here's a video of her working on her new trick. She's off to a pretty good start.

Present from Jan - update

We have video after all! When I downloaded all the files off of the camera, I found this. The camera shut itself off because it was full, so I missed her running away with the Greenie at the end. It's better than nothing though.

Short but sweet

I wouldn't normally post 2 videos in a day, but this one cracked me up for some reason. Just three brief seconds of kitty punkiness, popping out from behind the couch.

Birdie

Someone is spoiled! Caprice gave Tulip kitty one of those feather duster type toys. At first she didn't really know what to do with it. That is until Eve discovered that if you flap it up and down it sounds like a bird flying around the house. Kitty flipped out when she heard that! It's now at the top of her favorites list. Here she is hunting her new "birdie".

Kitty chase

Happy Thanksgiving everybody! We're so thankful for having the best (and funniest) mini-tiger ever. She doesn't know it yet, but she might get just a little taste of Thanksgiving dinner.

And now it's time for the much-hyped, new Tulip kitty video. We watched it again this morning and it still made me crack up. Hopefully it was worth the wait. Enjoy!

Kitty vs. Pom

Tulip kitty has some new toys. We've been keeping an eye out for more fabric balls like the one Jan got her a while back. That seems to be her favorite toy of all. Well, we found some that are similar. They came in a little fish-shaped mesh bag along with a couple mice and a pom pom. That idea hadn't occurred to me! We decided to save the rest of the toys and gave her the pom pom. It was pretty darn cute to watch because sometimes she appeared to not hear it when it rolled by. Poms are tricky! As you can see, she's quickly getting the hang of it.

Kitty closeup

Here's a closeup of Tulip Kitty putting the hurt on Tiggy Tiger. Man, she's tough! Better Tiger than me...

More bowling fun

Eve got a new phone today, so she was messing around with the video camera on it. She took this video of Tulip kitty and I bowling. The quality isn't that great, but you get the idea. Kitty loves this bowling game.

Kitty punk

Here's my sweet angel, Tulip kitty, messing with me. I was just minding my business, flipping through a magazine when she started in. Eve grabbed the camera and caught the best of it on video. Man, it's a tough crowd around here! It's a good thing I have a sense of humor.

And now, When Punks Attack...

Kitty soccer video

Here's a poorly mashed together video of Tulip kitty playing with her catnip ball. As I mentioned in yesterday's post, there is a cute moment (at right about the 1 minute mark) where Tulip is playing, then suddenly notices that the plant is missing. Subtle, but cute. At about the mid-way mark we are playing kitty soccer, but she loses interest, so we give up. The rest is basically Eve and I trying to get her to ignore the camera and play.

I Can Has Squidoo Lens?

Check out my new Squidoo lens that features my funny cat videos. If you like, rate it! But you'll need a squidoo account to rate it, unfortunately. Anyways, I hope you enjoy visiting my lens. I want to tell the whole world what a lucky kitty I am! And did I mention funny?

Tiger hunt

It seems I'm not the only one who likes to tiger hunt. Here's Tulip stalking her tiger toy.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Tulip flying up out of the stairwell. She was doing this off and on throughout the evening the other night. On the first run she caught some pretty impressive air. This attempt wasn't quite as good, but I still thought it was pretty funny.

Invisible Fly

Here's Tulip chasing, well... Nothing.

Kitty on a string

Finally, a video of Tulip playing with her string on a stick. It's not the most exciting video ever. She was pretty low-key tonight. It was a pretty good example of her following the string around by listening to it though. She can hear that string rubbing against the floor from the other side of the house.

Kitty bowling

Here's a video of Tulip playing her "bowling" game tonight. It works out great because the ball can't get away from her. She's pretty good at it!
